About Us
Though I've been playing guitar for over ten years, I always had trouble maintaining my fingertip calluses. After not playing for just a few days, my calluses would begin to disappear and it could take a week to build them back up.
As a shade tree chemist/statisticain, I began researching how other musicians had dealt with their calluses and discovered that the key is to regualte moisture. After months of experimentation, I finally came up with a solution that
1) Speeds up guitar callus growth
2) Increases callus strength (no breakage or cracking)
3) Dries quickly so that it's comfortable to use
Originally I planned to only use this solution personally, but my business savvy brother convinced me that I should make a product out of it - and Finger Strong was born.
